La Fundación Dr. Palomo del Grupo Arpa Médica y la Fundación Real Madrid han firmado un convenio de colaboración para llevar a cabo proyectos que combinan deporte, salud y educación en África, Guinea Ecuatorial.
El Doctor Ignacio Palomo, ginecólogo y director médico de Arpa Médica, y presidente de la fundación fue recibido en la Ciudad Real Madrid por Enrique Sánchez, vicepresidente ejecutivo de la Fundación Real Madrid; y por Álvaro Arbeloa, embajador del club y de la Fundación. También acudió al acto el embajador de Guinea Ecuatorial, Miguel Edjang Angué.
El proyecto sociodeportivo y de formación sexual y sanitaria de las dos fundaciones empezará en el colegio de los Escolapios en Bata en Guinea Ecuatorial
El Dr. Palomo señaló que “la prevención con educación en salud sexual y ginecológica es clave para el porvenir de las mujeres africanas. La actividad de la Fundación representa el brazo social del Grupo Arpa Médica y uno de los objetivos es compartir futuro a través de nuestros más de 25 años de experiencia en ginecología y fertilidad”.
